Chartered
on October 19th, 1928, the Monroe
Kiwanis Club is the oldest club in
Division 22. This year we will be
celebrating our 84th year of service to
the children of Monroe and the world. We
currently have 27 active members and
support a wide variety of charitable
organizations in the Monroe and Sky
Valley area.
We extend a standing invitation to all
members of the Sky Valley community to
join us for lunch and our weekly meeting
at 12:00 noon on Wednesdays at the Trax
Café at Valley General Hospital. Valley
General Hospital is located at 14701
179th Avenue, just a block off highway
2, near the Evergreen Fairgrounds in
Monroe. Our meetings generally last one
hour and include a program of interest
to all members of the local community.

"Our inner
strengths, experiences, and truths
cannot be lost, destroyed, or taken
away. Every person has an inborn worth
and can contribute to the
human community. We all can treat one
another with dignity and respect,
provide opportunities to grow toward our
fullest lives and help one another
discover and develop our unique gifts.
We each deserve this and we all can
extend it to others."
